With wide striping file has objects at all
OSTs. As ZFS acquires several Kb for each
inode, each OST reserves minimum qunit 1M
even without write. At clean system with
8 OSTs, it acquires 8MB after file creation.
Increase pool limit from 10M to 20M to
make sanity-quota_1g pass at ZFS with 8 OSTs.
