LU-16373 tests: failover mds1 back to the primary server

This patch fixes recovery-small test 144a to failover
mds1 back to the primary server so that stack_trap can
set timeout parameter on the correct mds node.

Test-Parameters: trivial \
env=SLOW=yes,FAILURE_MODE=HARD,ONLY=144a \
clientcount=4 mdtcount=1 mdscount=2 osscount=2 \
austeroptions=-R failover=true iscsi=1 \
testlist=recovery-small
