LU-13183 ldiskfs: Drop remove truncate warning patch

Drop the ext4-remove-truncate-warning.patch as it was
removed as part of
    f64e9f19f68e ("LU-12977 ldiskfs: properly take inode_lock ...")
and is not needed.
