LU-2616 build: B1_8 Copyright update: Script

This is a copy of the current Master updatecw.sh tool
Jan 14 2013. The previous Update commit was added
to the commit exclude list.

This tool updates a files copyright including assigning
Copyrights to Intel where appropriate.

Addition to build/autoMakefile.am.toplevel required
to pass build for Ubuntu Client.
