LU-2469 test: Skip failing ZFS tests

Skip tests that are currently failing for ZFS.  Associate with bugs so
that they can be unskipped when they are fixed.

Test-Parameters: mdsfilesystemtype=zfs ostfilesystemtype=zfs   mdtfilesystemtype=zfs
