LU-7301 tests: delete old lfsck tests

LU-7301 tests: delete old lfsck tests

The lfsck utility is no longer supported and the corresponding
test scripts and functions can be removed.

Instead of deleting the run_lfsck() routine and LFSCK_ALWAYS check
to run after every test script, update it to run the new lfsck with
all available checks on all targets.
