  - tree operations moved to separate structure
  - blocks leak in error path has been fixed
  - few fixes against lookup cache
  - truncate re-initialize root structure properly
  - bits related to mballoc have been removed
  - proper copyright in extents.c file
- extents-in-ea patch updated:
  - declares separate structure ext3_ea_helpers (see above)
