Update SLES11 SP4 kernel to 3.0.101-100
Refresh one ldiskfs patch for ext4 context changes.

Test-Parameters: mdsdistro=sles11sp4 ossdistro=sles11sp4 \

+to be created in ldiskfs, both with directory sizes over
+2GB and and a maximum htree depth of 3 instead of the
