LU-3562 tests: EXCEPT insanity/1 on ZFS

Because there's no local config on ZFS nodes, this test won't pass
until LU-2059 is completed.

Test-Parameters: testgroup=review-dne-zfs mdscount=4 osscount=2 	clientcount=2 testlist=insanity
