LU-12973 doc: remove bad line from .gitignore

lustre/doc/.gitignores ignore /*.3 and /*.7 man pages file
because they use to be generated.

Commit 4943ae1 removed the generated part and replaced it with
traditional static pages, but forgot to remove the ignore rule.
