LU-16632 tests: more margin of error for sanity/56xh

Give sanity test_56xh more time to migrate files inside the
VMs before failing.

Also, fix a typo.

Test-Parameters: trivial testlist=sanity env=ONLY=56xh,ONLY_REPEAT=100
