LU-16082 ldiskfs: old-style EA inode fix for el8.5/el8.6

Add the rhel8/ext4-old_ea_inodes_handling_fix.patch to the ldiskfs
series for el8.5 and el8.6 kernels.

Test-Parameters: trivial testlist=sanity serverdistro=el8.6
