LU-5242 tests: except sanity test_132 for ZFS

LU-5242 tests: except sanity test_132 for ZFS

Sanity test_132() is failing regularly on ZFS, but SOM is not a
feature we support.  Disable this test until the problem can be
resolved.  The SOM functionality itself will continue to be tested
with ldiskfs, and should not be OSD-specific.
