LU-9469 ldiskfs: add additional attach_jinode call

In some execution paths jinode data structures are not
getting initialized. Add an extra init call to fix that.

Test-Parameters: clientdistro=sles12sp2 testlist=conf-sanity \
  mdsdistro=sles12sp2 ossdistro=sles12sp2 \
  mdtfilesystemtype=ldiskfs ostfilesystemtype=ldiskfs
