LU-1593 tests: Remove sanity 34h from ALWAYS_EXCEPT

Sanity test 34h is skipped for all ZFS testing. Since the
issue in LU-1593 is resolved, test 34h needs to be removed
from the ALWAYS_EXCEPT list.
