LU-5551 lustre: fix messages with missisng newlines

Add missisng newlines to four CERROR() messages. Restore the trailing
newline in the definition of OSC_DUMP_GRANT(). Remove an unnecessary
CDEBUG() from ldlm_pool_recalc().
