LU-12610 contrib: spelling warning for OBD_ macros

Add a spelling warning for OBD_ macros, which are
going to removed in follow-up patches.

Now, checkpatch.pl will suggest the CFS_ alternatives:

 WARNING: 'OBD_FAILED' may be misspelled - perhaps 'CFS_FAILED'?
