LU-2902 test: Debug for roc_hit v1

LU-2902 test: Debug for roc_hit v1

This will output all the stats and help sort out what
is happening on the systems.  I would like to know
what the proc values are the roc_hit is blank.

More debug may be needed but I want to start here.

This patch should be dropped when LU-2902 is closed.

I have used this patch with auster without issue it
just added noise to the test results.
