LU-2131 tests: sanity using ost0 instead of ost1

LU-2131 tests: sanity using ost0 instead of ost1

In sanity test 81a,81b and the jobstat function are testing
against ost0 which technically don't exist. The test
framework starts the OSTs with ost1. This patch has the test
use the proper ost1.
