LU-11990 tests: enable conf-sanity 66

LU-11990 tests: enable conf-sanity 66

The test was skipped from running beacuse it produces fails
for alone MGS. Since LU-13356 it is fixed, add it to running.

Test-Parameters: trivial testlist=conf-sanity
