LUDOC-394 manual: Add remaining meaningful ref names

This patch adds meaningful and proper reference name under file
01. ConfigurationFilesModuleParameters.xml
02. LustreTroubleshooting.xml
03. UnderstandingFailover.xml
04. UnderstandingLustreNetworking.xml
