LU-16831 tests: add version check to sanity-pfl/0e

This patch adds MDS version check to sanity-pfl test 0e
to avoid interop test failure.

Test-Parameters: trivial \
serverjob=lustre-b2_15 serverbuildno=67 \
env=ONLY=0e testlist=sanity-pfl
