- small but subtle changes

 - kernel patch changed to deal with rename issues
 - remove old rename cruft from dcache.c
 - save second intent for RENAME and LINK not the first
- add 10 rename tests to sanity.sh
- add non root user test to sanity.sh
- add 4 tests to sanityN.sh for multimount point tests
- allow reiserfs OST's to be used.  They actually appear to work!
