LU-19124 tests: except sanity/27P on ubuntu2204

This test is failing 100% on Ubuntu kernel 5.15.0-142
but was passing on kernel 5.15.0-94.

Disable until issue is fixed.

Test-Parameters: trivial testlist=sanity env=ONLY=27,HONOR_EXCEPT=y clientdistro=ubuntu2204
