LU-0000 build: update build version to 2.5.3.90

LU-0000 build: update build version to 2.5.3.90

The current b2_5 has diverged significantly from 2.5.3.0 but it still
has the same version number in the builds, which is confusing.

There may also be problems in the build system for using patch version
numbers, which should be found by this patch.

Update the build version to 2.5.3.90.
