LU-9103 tests: SKIP recovery-small/110g for old MDS versions

LU-9103 tests: SKIP recovery-small/110g for old MDS versions

LU-2430 is not present on 2.5.x esp the change
"LU-2430 mdd: add lfs mv to migrate inode."
so for MDS version less than 2.6.57 this test needs
to be SKIPPed.
