*    Added lctl commands...
         which_nid NID [NID...]        prints the closest NID
         list_nids [all]               lists local NIDs (all to include lo)

*    Stopped 'lctl network' from printing local NIDs when passed 0 args; this
     arg overloading was a bit hackish anyway.
