EX-4539 lipe: add -xattr and -xattr-match

EX-4539 lipe: add -xattr and -xattr-match

Add '-xattr NAME' and '-xattr-match NAME VALUE' tests to
lipe_find3. Add sanity-lipe-find3 test_111() to verify.
