- many further changes to clean up intent handling
  - indicate clearly to the FS when the last component is hit in
    lookup with an nd flag LOOKUP_TAIL
  - change prototype of lookup_it and revalidate_it to have struct
    nameidata *  for this reason.
- upshot: createmany works, finally!
