- separate __mdd_iattr_get() to get only inode attr. Needed for internal MDD
  use.
- small cleanups and comments,
- use __mdd_finish_unlink() in mdd_rename()
- fix mdd_rename() when tobj is dir, the additional ref should be deleted for
  tobj itself
