LU-9466 tests: Error message for empty "error" calls

Adding error message to empty "error" calls made
without any message for a few tests.

Made changes to tests under sanity.sh , sanityn.sh
and sanity-hsm.sh

Test-Parameters: trivial envdefinitions="SLOW=yes" testlist=sanityn.sh,sanity-hsm.sh
