LU-15795 kernel: RHEL 8.6 server support

This patch makes changes to support RHEL 8.6 release
with kernel 4.18.0-372.9.1.el8 for Lustre server.

Test-Parameters: trivial fstype=ldiskfs \
clientdistro=el8.6 serverdistro=el8.6 testlist=sanity
