land "final" b_release_1_2_8 changes

       - make lustrefs init script start after nfs is mounted
       - fix CWARN/ERROR duplication (4930)
       - return async write errors to application if possible (2248)
       - update barely-supported suse-2.4.21-171 series (4842)
       - support for sles 9 %post scripts
       - support for building 2.6 kernel-source packages
       - support for sles km_* packages

also:

 - disable openib on 2.6 until that gets fixed
