LUDOC-11: Correct assorted minor errors

Corrected three minor errors:
Section 1.2.3 removed "something" before the link to the LNET section.

Section 9.1 removed duplicate text "Setting the LNET Module ip2nets Parameter"

Section 23.1 added closing parenthesis
