Fix some 'make rpms' bitrot:
 - add missing headers to include/linux/Makefile.am; remove
  lustre_build_version.h, which may not be present at DIST time
 - add llog_internal.h to obdclass/Makefile.am
 - fix lustre.spec.in paths
 - remove unnecessary EXTRA_DIST mcreate in tests/Makefile.am
