LU-8103 tests: Skip sanity test_404 for interop mode

LU-8103 tests: Skip sanity test_404 for interop mode

Skip sanity test_404 if the server version is older than
2.8.53 for interop mode.

This needs to be done due to the patch
http://review.whamcloud.com/19637/ which was introduced in
ticket LU-6601.
