LU-4378 wireshark: Add parsing for HSM commands

LU-4378 wireshark: Add parsing for HSM commands

Add HSM MDS parsing along with several other minor commands.
Add OSD CONNECT parsing.
Fixup formatting to be inline with Linux Kernel style for altered
lines.
Make compatible with wireshark 1.12.
