- fix for #399 (inode synchronization through fstat)
- reduce MDS/OST sizes a bit to avoid all the llmount failures
- fix up the beginning of sanity.sh with systematic checks on all
  results (which introduce other system calls...)
- fix sudo test 19 in sanity.sh to create files as other user
