b=23174 Lustre inode size is not coherent across nodes.

 Update lvbo from disk when AST fails with EINVAL. Lvbo is updated on EINVAL
 error in ldlm_handle_ast_error(). The updates in filter_intent_policy() and
 ldlm_cb_interpret() have been removed as redundant.
