LU-15126 kernel: RHEL 8.5 server support

This patch makes changes to support RHEL 8.5 release
with kernel 4.18.0-348.2.1.el8_5 for Lustre server.

Test-Parameters: trivial fstype=ldiskfs \
clientdistro=el8.5 serverdistro=el8.5 testlist=sanity
