EX-4015 lipe: handle trusted xattrs uniformly

Add a wrapper (ldiskfs_trusted_xattr_get()) around ext2fs_attr_get()
to do uniform error messages and error handling.

Test-Parameters: trivial testlist=sanity-lipe-scan3 facet=mds1
