LU-2826 tests: Re-enable sanity/18

Due to ZFS work in LU-2449, sanity/18 should now work correctly.

Test-Parameters: mdtfilesystemtype=zfs mdsfilesystemtype=zfs  ostfilesystemtype=zfs testlist=sanity
