EX-7013 lipe: printf formats added to lipe_find3

Printf formats added to lipe_find3: %LS, %Lc, %LN,
%LF, %{stripe-size}. Sanity-lipe-find3 updated to test
these new formats.

Test-Parameters: trivial testlist=sanity-lipe-find3,sanity-lipe-scan3
