LUDOC-11 typos: Correct assorted minor errors

Correct the following errors:
Section 8.1.1.2 Changed "utilities are must be" to "utilities must be"
Section 9.1 Changed text formatting of "networks" to match "ip2nets"
Section 9.1 Changed text formatting of "routes" to match "networks"
and "ip2nets" in the same section
Section 10.1 Changed "and MGS" to "an MGS"
Section 10.1 Changed "simplify the translating" to "simplify
translating"
Section 26.1.2 Extended text formatting to the end of the line
"Lustre logs are dumped to /proc/sys/lnet/debug_path"
Section 30.6 Changed "will still be notified reconnect" to "will
still be notified to reconnect"
Section 30.6 Changed "the last the non-IR client" to "the last non-IR
client"
