LU-1187 tests: Add dne specific tests to sanityN

1. Change mkdir to test_mkdir for DNE.
2. 2f: Check attr and ownder update under remote dir.
3. 25b: Acl checking under remote dir.
4. 33b: commit on share under remote dir.
5. 4[0-7]: Check remote dir with pdir lock.
6. 70: cd dir and rm -rf dir.
