LU-16962 build: cleanup configure messages

LU-16962 build: cleanup configure messages

Take advantage of LB2_MSG_LINUX_TEST_RESULT to cleanup
the remaining configure checks.

Re-order checking of OpenSSL support so checking
message and result are not split.
