lustre/tests/acl/README

   1 - copied from acl-2.2.23/test/
   2 - add inheritance.test from HP
   3 - some tests are depend on enviroment. e.g. some succeed on FC2 but fail on
   4   FC3 etc. We comment out those items, maybe more will be commented out.
