LUDOC-97 tuning: SMP node affinity parameters are now documented.

SMP Node Affinity arrived with Lustre 2.3 (LU-56). The default
values SMP machines are judged to be suitable for most workloads.
If and administrator does want to tinker, this change records
the available parameters.

Entries added to the glossary for NUMA and Node Affinity.
