LUDOC-173 trademarks: Completed first pass of Intel trademark compliance review.

LUDOC-173 trademarks:  Completed first pass of Intel trademark compliance review.

All Intel and third party trademarks now in compliance except Lustre (which
will be addressed in second pass). Occurrences of lustre.org and whamcloud
replaced. Serna statements removed. Spelling of file system corrected where
needed. Misspellings of Lustre fixed.
